Male Candidate only
Experience: 1 to 3 yrs. in E-commerce
(Technical Knowledge must be able to handle e-commerce independently)
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Upload new products to amazon seller portal.
· Inventory updates for the existing catalogues listed on a daily basis
· Manage the daily operations for ecommerce orders invoicing, orders dispatch and fulfilment
· Packaging of daily orders.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Good knowledge of E-commerce operation like order processing, dispatch, stock management etc. on Amazon,ETSY, Flipkart, etc.
- Good knowledge of excel.
- Order processing and dispatch of products, RTO, Track shipment etc.
- Address customer complaints and disputes.
- Mark products out of stock whenever they are unavailable for Sale & maintain the stock amount.
- Knowledge of WooCommerce & Shiprocket software is desirable.
- Handling & Promoting Social media accounts.
- Good writing English
· Active and ready to lead
1-2 yrs. experience in same field
Skills Required
- Knowledge of Amazon Listing, Updating / Uploading Product Data / Specifications
- Good verbal & written communication
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
