Job Description: - • Responsible for maintaining relationships with existing customers & users. • Responsible for effectively handling the existing customer enquiries and developing new business. • Responsible for calling to the existing customers. • Must be proficient in handling customer issues. • Must have a customer centric approach. • Responsible for generating sales and initiating AMC/CMC. • Liaison & communicate with existing customers regarding the service issue or any other concern related to the product. • Proficient in handling customer queries and concerns. • Helped customers in clearing their queries through call and email. • Conversation with customers regarding any issue or concern. • Provide feedback to the Team Leader.
Skillsets Required: - • Eye for detail to understand customer query and to pitch new products as per his needs. • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
