Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Reporting: Manage month-end closing of books of accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
2. Compliance Oversight: Ensure timely compliance with tax requirements, including GST, TDS, and other statutory obligations.
3. Reconciliation: Perform reconciliations for vendors, customers, and inter-company transactions to maintain financial accuracy.
4. Audit Coordination: Facilitate both internal and external audit processes, ensuring smooth coordination and compliance.
5. Periodic Financial Closure: Lead quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly closure of books of accounts, maintaining financial integrity.
6. Reporting: Prepare various financial reports for stakeholders, providing valuable insights into financial performance.
7. Stakeholder Communication: Effectively coordinate with various stakeholders, fostering collaborative relationships.
Requirements:
1. Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial management.
2. Financial Expertise: Profound knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting principles, and experience with SAP (preferred).
3. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Relationship Building: Proven ability to build strong working relationships with team members and stakeholders.
5. Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated with a proactive approach to handling tasks and challenges.
6. Advanced Excel: Proficiency in advanced Excel functions.
