We are looking for a Purchase Coordinator to join our Wayanad Property. Ideal candidate is experienced with a passion for learning and desire to grow in the area of Procurement. The candidate should be detail - oriented, able to work independently and as a part of a team, and have a strong communication skill. The roles involve procurement activities, maintaining records and coordinating with vendors.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Researched product needs, identified potential vendors, compared products and costs, and initiate procurement needs.
- Evaluate offers from the vendors and negotiate for better deals.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery for goods and service.
- Conduct Market research to identity pricing trends.
- Able to follow standards for issuing and receiving stock within the store's area of operation.
- Monitor and take inventory on regular basis to compile orders based on par levels or needs.
- Maintain clear and organised records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.
- Responsible for storage of both Food & Beverage and operational stock.
- Prepare cost analysis report and submit to Operation / Administration Manager.
- Maintain updated records of invoice and contracts.
- Incoming material acceptance and Quality control.
- Ensure cleanliness of all areas, keeping storage areas clean & tidy and in strict compliance with hygiene regulations.
- Ensure all store requisitions are signed by concerned department heads (HOD’s) and approved by Operation Manager / Administration Manager.
- Post all invoices using the Software. (WINHMS)
- Conduct physical stock audits on a regular /Weekly /Monthly basis and timely reporting of discrepancy.
- Adhere to all Health and Safety procedures particularly relating to food and beverage items.
Essential Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail- oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Familiarity with purchasing and inventory management system is an advantage.
- LMV License holder.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- Strong analytical, communication and computer skills.

Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
