The Crew Commander directs and participates in firefighting operations, CFT driving , Domestic fire tender operations ,optimum equipment operations activities.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
10+2
Certification in First Aid from St Johns Ambulance
Basic Fire Fighting Course from ICAO recognized Institute. (Desirable)
Certification in Train the Trainer Rosenbauer CFT driving and operation.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Min. 10 years of continuous experience in Aviation / Industrial Fire Services out of which 5 years should be in supervisory grade preferably in ARFF Operations/Fire Prevention.
Should possess good communication, report writing and firefighting and rescue training skills.
Good proficiency in Firefighting strategy and tactics.
Planning and decision making ability
Team work, Delegation, Communication and Time management skill
